Mediation is a negotiation supervised and assisted by a neutral mediator. My purpose as a mediator is to help the parties find a solution that is acceptable to the parties. I emphasize mediating disputes involving domestic relations matters and estate administration matters such as probate or trust administration.
• Provide information to Attorneys and their parties
to assist them in selecting a mediator
• Provide information to anyone interested in learning about
mediation
• Explain how I can serve you as the mediator in your case
• Not intended as legal advice
Mediation when successful means that a legal matter does not have to go to trial. Mediation does NOT eliminate the need for a party to consult an attorney regarding the law and the facts in the party's case. A party needs to consult an attorney before considering mediation.
